This historical 1775 home had tons of character and just needed a designer’s touch. To the large sunroom we added a mudroom area, reading nook, and freshened up the sitting room in a preppy vibe the homeowner’s love. Next, we moved to the guest bath and laundry area and added some bold color with plaid wallpaper and a matching fabric. Our final first floor project took us to the great room where we started with a clean slate to create two cozy spaces the entire family can spend time in together.
